Mr John Athans is a Chartered Accountant. He began his professional career in 1973 with Peat Marwick Mitchell and commenced public practice in 1980 under the then practice name of Athans & Meacock. This firm is now known as Athans & Taylor. Spanning twenty seven years in the field of public accounting, John has developed the Athans & Taylor practice to become one of the top 100 accounting firms in Australia.

John brings to the Company extensive analytical and administrative skills in the areas of information technology and systems development together with considerable expertise in accounting and organizational management.

Mr Gurmit Singh is a Certified Practising Accountant with expertise in information technology. Gurmit commenced service with the firm of Athans & Taylor in 1986 and became a partner in 1991. Gurmit has been specifically responsible for all the technical and engineering aspects of the firm's IT division, driving the technical development of the firm's custom business solutions and software development strategies. Gurmit worked on the ST Synergy software development project from its inception. Responsible for ensuring that development strategies link up with marketing focus, Gurmit works closely with the software engineering team to ensure that the ST Synergy product remains at the forefront of technological development.

Gurmit's skills in public practice together with his IT expertise, provide the basis for determining the optimum development environment for the ST Synergy product range.

Mr Len Taylor - Non-Executive Director/Secretary

Mr Len Taylor is a Chartered Accountant with 34 years professional experience. Len beagn his professional career with Touche Ross in 1969 and later gained broad expeience with several international accounting firms. Len commenced public practice in 1983 in the firm now known as Athans&Taylor.

Len's extensive experience in financial management and taxation matters will provide added strenth to the company's management team.
